Following up on the many questions about networking on 0.5, is there
any plan to allow some control over individual network interfaces with
0.5.

I am not talking of DHCP here. It's more about a statically configured
tunnel, or a bridge, or a tun interface for openvpn. Configure a new one
then run a command to bring it up (or down) as configured.
