I tried adding this to a script launched at boot runlevel and the result
was the same.

Despite the new runlevel change in the logs nothing else changed.

Welcome.
After this I'm still clueless on how to trigger this event at boot, if
that's possible at all...
If you have any other suggestion I will be glad to test it.
