I’d like to contribute to dhcpcd, but I'm embarrassingly unfamiliar with
working with mailing lists.

I assume that since the GitHub repo is mirrored, you won’t accept PRs
through it.



The README.md says:

If you wish to file a support ticket or help out with development, please visit
the Development Area <https://dev.marples.name/project/profile/101/> or
join the mailing list below.

Sadly the link is broken. I assume that the “mailing list below” is this
one, since I see no other mailing list.
Are contributions sent here as patchsets?
