Thanks for the fix. Yes, this is normal - interface priority defaults
to 0 for most interfaces, but lower (larger number) for radio networks
and carp(4) (and can be adjusted as needed). The value is added to
RTP_CONNECTED/RTP_STATIC when adding new routes to the kernel so that
paths over wireless/etc interfaces are de-preferred.
