To enable FORCERENEW in dhcpcd you need to setup authentication.
See `authprotocol` in dhcpcd.conf(5) man page.
If authentication is not configured then dhcpcd will emit the error
`unauthenticated Force Renew` upon receipt of a FORCERENEW message,
otherwise it
will begin the renewal process.
