That should not be needed.

Which should fix it for you - basically there was an error reading the 
forwarding flag so dhcpcd wasn't considering addresses on other interfaces when 
they finished DaD to re-add the default route.

I've also fixed some other things, so maybe try a git head if it still doesn't work.
