FYI - I'll commit the 9.0.3 release to the FreeBSD ports head branch when you release it - sounds like it is planned in the very near future.

Could you ensure that configuring the chrootdir is only for FreeBSD please?
Don't want to upset any DragonFlyBSD users that use dhcpcd from FreeBSD ports.
