dhcpcd-8 is kind of not taking any new features, but I've comitted it anyway.

I was hoping to release dhcpcd-9 this week, but my server's disk is needs urgent 
replacement .... it's spouting some errors and might have been the reason why my 
PHP powered CMS died earlier. There is a very temporary solution in place but 
want to have something better looking in place for the launch.

Hopefully make some progress on it this weekend.
