Hi!
I'm using the userclass option, but I understand that it exists two formats for this. Seems like the Microsoft way is to skip the "UC_Len_i". Do you know if there is a way to get around this, to use dhcpcd and Microsoft dhcp-server?

dhcpcd is fully standards compliant for RFC3004.
There is nothing in the RFC that allows UC_Len_i to be skipped.

So, short answer is No.

Saying that, we could add a new option to dhcpcd called msuserclass which allows this unholyness.
