Tentative global IPv6 addresses

Beginning with version 8.1.4 on Arch Linux, interfaces are receiving tentative global IPv6 addresses.  The tentative addresses appear do not to switch to permanent…even after several minutes.  Reverting back to 8.1.2 on Arch Linux and the problem goes away.
