Great!

I decided to re-work it because the comparison of which collection of addresses 
we're working on to decide which member to access for removal was far too 
hackish and added DHCPv6 specific gunk to the generic IPv6 module.

It also removes the duplicate log of deleting the deprecated delegation which I 
spotted in your logs.

I've also added my packet replay code as I'm bored of adding it again each time 
I need to run through wireshark captures!
