If it could help you, I’m doing my delegations like this:

	subnet6 2001:4640:a14f:1::/64 {
        	range6 2001:4640:a14f:1:cafe:: 2001:4640:a14f:1:cafe::ffff;
	        prefix6 2001:4640:a14f:ca00:: 2001:4640:a14f:cf00:: /56;
	}
