From my NMS, changes appear about every two weeks:
2019-12-02 12:20:04	system	core01-arendal	Device IP changed to 88.89.68.6		System
2019-11-14 09:05:03	system	core01-arendal	Device IP changed to 88.89.71.151	System
2019-11-05 20:45:04	system	core01-arendal	Device IP changed to 85.167.49.81	System
2019-11-04 17:40:04	system	core01-arendal	Device IP changed to 85.167.28.54	System

So, I should be able to give you a feedback in two weeks or so :)
