Sorry, I forgot. My version seems to be a bit outdated, I’m using 7.2.3
(gentoo stable). But 8.1.2 is ~arch so I can’t put a keywork on it and
install it, I will then see if the problem occurs again.

So all versions prior to 8.1.0 would report invalid checksum if the IPv4 header had any options in it. This actually quite rare (hadn't ever been reported to me before in the 15 years of doing this) but I suppose it's possible that you are seeing the same issue.

Please try the 8.1.2 ebuild. See this link for marking an unstable ebuild stable.
