Great! That's easy enuf.
But now after trying various incorrect things to make it work, Wifi-menu
is giving errors. Any suggestions?
I have no idea what Wifi-menu is, sorry.
Job for netctl@myDevice\x2dMyWifi\\ext2d.service failed because the
control process excited with error code.
systemctl status "netctl@myDevice\x2dMyWifi\\ext2d.service"
netctl@MyProfile\x2dext.service - Networking for netctl profile MyProfile
Loaded: loaded
Active: failed
There's a bit more detail, but hoping this is enuf for you to see what's
happening.
All I can see is that a systemd service has failed.
I don't use systemd or ArchLinux so I can't help much at this point.
What I do, regardless of OS, is set wpa_supplicant and dhcpcd running
outside of any network management stuff as they can look after
themselves just fine.
I'm pretty sure arch ships with a dhcpcd service (don't use an interface
specific service as that won't work with dhcpcd-ui).
So look into that and if it still fails to work, provide logs please.
