dhcpcd-7 does have some support for it.
Most of the SHOULD notes dhcpcd doesn't support, for example dhcpcd
treats the lease a whole and won't re-request IA_PD if the length is
unnaceptable.
dhcpcd treats the length hint as just a hint - it will always try and
use the prefix returned IF it can fit it in the prefix length you want
to apply.
For example, you could request a /48, get a /56 and apply a /64.
It all works.
But if you request a /48 and get a /72 it won't work because it's too
big to fit into the /64 you need.
Most of the RFC seems to be for the server side, I think dhcpcd handles
everything else fine, other than the first noted deviation.
But I'm not too concerened because it's SHOULD and not MUST.
