Ah sorry.

To be clear, you can send option 17 with as many sub-options as you want but you can only request option 17 - you can't request sub-options.
I don't think dhcpcd supports sending of sub-options yet.

    For DHCPv6, only option 17 should be in ORO.
    The server sends this back with the sub options within in.
    You should see this in pcap, if not it's a server issue and not dhcpcd's
