VIVO config for dhcpcd ?

Trying to understand how to set up VIVO for IPv4 between
dhcpcd and an ISC dhcp server but failed so far.

Any hints to get this going?

I got vendor_encapsulated_options working using:
  option vendor_encapsulated_options
  define 43 embed xtm_vendor
  encap 1 string ne_image
  encap 2 string ne_conf

But now I am stuck on VIVO ...
