script_runreason: /libexec/dhcpcd-run-hooks: Exec format error

	I get this whenever I run dhcpcd.  I don't get it if I run
/libexec/dhcpcd-run-hooks from the command line.  As near as I can
tell, this makes no difference in dhcpcd working.
	I haven't modified /libexec/dhcpcd-run-hooks.
	What does it mean?
