  Since commit df9ff183d6e9849c207be79097b43b516f6ca9fd, dhcpcd is
 sending L3 unicast renews with L2 broadcasts. This particular
 combination seems to not get forwarded/routed by the helper agents
 on our routers (there may also be other devices in the stack that
 object to this as well), thus renewals fail.
