All works as expected but I wonder what those log messages mean, do I have to be concerned?

This means that you received an IA_PD lease but with no prefixes!
You should be able to verify this by looking at the DHCPv6 replies using either tcpdump or wireshark.

Yes, I would be concerned because any addresses currently assigned are not being renewed and will expire once vltime is up.
