Sorry, but I have no idea how this is supposed to work. The
mac address of pppoe0 is generated, so is the default iaid,
too. How can I setup a working ia_pd in this case, using
the default iaid?

My problem is that my IP provider ignores the old delegated
prefix on a reset of the pppoe0 connection. If I invent my
own iaid for pppoe0, then it is pretty unlikely that this will
ever work.
