There's an option in your personal settings to toggle mail format.
Click your user icon top right, choose Settings. On the left hand menu
on the Settings scren choose EMAIL -> Email Format.

For a direct URL, Replace <username> with your username in the below:
https://secure.phabricator.com/settings/user/<username/page/emailformat/
