I'm contemplating moving development work off Fossil and into GIT +
Phabricator. Playground here:

By playground I mean feel free to create an account, create tasks from
fossil tickets etc. Try not to break anything, if you do, let me know!
If it works out, I would like to try and use Phabricator as a code
review tool instead of patches via email. Hopefully the project boards
will give a more clear idea of the plans I have for dhcpcd (not that
I've added my ideas yet), as well as tickets from the community.

WARNING: Depending on feedback I may blow away the database and rebuild
it, so don't become to beholden to it's contents until it settles.

Sorry for not doing much work on dhcpcd directly the past month or so,
but life and convincing NetBSD-current XEN-DOMU to play nicely with PHP
took far too long and I was waiting for Phabricator support for PHP7.1
as I use that extensively on my server.
