So you say.
Now you've attached another trace, which still looks fine but you 
haven't attached any dhcpcd debug output which is what really helps :)

Please add this to dhcpcd.conf at the top:
debug
logfile /var/log/dhcpcd.log

And restart dhcpcd, and wait for a renew to hit.
Once hit and dhcpcd doesn't react, email the log file either here or to 
me privately.
