Re: IPv4LL address not fetched when powering up from PoE injector

This message "read_lease: dhcp_read_lease_fd:..." is seen when we first run
dhcpcd without nolink option in conf file causing it to time out and then
immediately trying with nolink in conf file.
Note that I did not pass any option as argument to dhcpcd except when I
explicitly mentioned -K.
