After the recent spaming issue, I discovered that it's a real pain to
remove spam from mail archives managed by hypermail.

So I've spent some time with mhonarc, which allows you to remove mails
from existing archives quite easily. The old archives have been punted
and new ones created - with a handy search page! I've also themed them
to match the fossil repo page, so it looks quite nice :)

Because mhonarc also appears to be lighter on resources, I've set them
to update every 5 minutes, so messages should appear there quite quickly
(it was 30 mins previously).

Comments on the new archive welcome, hopefully I can get back to dhcpcd
coding now! Well, actually I need to find a new CMS for my homesite as
serendipity has stopped working for me (well, it works but I cannot
access the admin pages), so that might change also.
