Hi
How is duplicate address handled by dhcpcd?
e.g
1) dhcpcd sends arp probe after getting an address from dhcp server and
finds that this address is duplicate.

2) dhcpcd has acquired and assigned an address but later some other host
tries to claim it and sends arp probes.

How can we detect the above conditions? (in hook script or otherwise).
