Again, no, sorry.
dhcpcd has always send what it can by default.

Well, the best place for it would be in the conf file and codify around
that.

I suppose that the options should really behave like the others .... off
by default but specify them on the default in dhcpcd.conf but that may
cause problems for people upgrading....
