static IPv6 adresses

Hi,

I've added a few lines to dhcpcd.conf to lock the IPv4
address/gateway/DNS of my server to a certain address. I would like to
do that also for IPv6. So I'm looking for the equivalent of:

iface eth0 inet6 static
        address 2001:980:5570:1::40
        netmask 64

That is what I currently have in /etc/network/interfaces. This is Debian
Jessie, by the way. Should I just use:
static ip_address=2001:980:5570:1::40" or os there a specific IPv6 syntax?

TNX!
