Roy,

I'm sending a brief summary to the list, so others could
benefit.

My ISP's DHCPv6 server won't grant me a subnet prefix
(i.e. no "prefix delegation") and keeps spewing rejections
instead:

    Status code: NoPrefixAvail (6)

The problem appears to be exclusively due to the ISP,
not dhcpcd.  (I've contacted these guys.  Let's see what
they say).

My ISP is Deutsche Telekom.
