You don't remove the address from the RA, you set it's valid and
preferred lifetimes to 0.
This has the effect of removing the address from the client.

Why is FORCERENEW not useful?
If you're thinking of authentication, there is
https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6704 which dhcpcd supports to make this
much easier.
