Now that RFC7550 is out, I've removed the pseudo interface code which allows 
different state engines. This code has proved very problematic so I'm very 
happy to see it go along with the 4k code bloat it caused.

If anyone requires this pre-RFC behavior, you'll have to use an older dhcpcd 
version, but hopefully no-one will as everyone I've supported PD for I've 
taken note of the ISP they use and all of the known US ones have been found to 
work with RFC7550 support to date.

Hopefully this will make future PD support at lot easier for me!
