You may have noticed a few dhcpcd BETA versions floating around
recently. I've been making a lot of extensive changes to the way dhcpcd
manages routing, logging and event handling (kqueue/epoll now supported).

I think all of the regressions causes by the changes have now been
resolved and this has been extensively tested on NetBSD and Linux.
It compiles and works with known issues (with the OS, not dhcpcd) on
FreeBSD and OpenBSD.

So, please if anyone can test this a lot for any last minute hiccups
I've missed, I can hopefully release it over the weekend.
