openresolv-3.6.2 has been released with the following changes:

  *  recommend the use of interface[.protocol] in the man page
  *  allow . as a separator alongside : for protocol
  *  insist that the files we load for processing really are files
  *  bundle the not installed PowerDNS Recursor subscriber in the tarball
