Wifi is generally also ethernet :)
The dhcpcd-6.x series takes the liberty of starting wpa_supplicant for
wireless interfaces if properly configured and not already started.
The dhcpcd-ui project provides GTK+ and Qt system tray based
applications allowing for SSID selection.
