Compare the -U dump:

dhcp6_ia_na1_ia_addr1=2001:558:600a:45:f175:3c33:80a8:5582

To the syslog:

That /128 is stored somewhere and you took the time to display it, so
I infer that that means in other cases it might be something else.

NA addresses are never associated with a prefix, so the length has to be 128. The length in fact is not given for NA or TA addresses, only PD.
