The two process model has been ditched in favor of creating a pseudo
interface to handle the separate state within dhcpcd.
The new configuration option ia_pd_mix enables
draft-ietf-dhc-dhcpv6-stateful-issues-06, but the default is as above
which should work with Comcast now.
To dump the second lease, simply do a other -U like so
dhcpcd -U6 iwi0
dhcpcd -UU6 iwi0
give different leases.
