You need to move the interface and iaid lines to the bottom of the
config.
To fix the sendrsprobe error, there is this patch:

Something else that might help is if you posted a wireshark trace with
dhcpcd failing and one with an earlier dhcpcd working.
If you feel the content might expose something private, just mail me off
list.
So far this issue is affecting 3 users, all whom run Arch and wicd,
neither of which I personally run.
