I just comitted

This adds authentication to dhcpcd messaging! It's the last big feature 
that dhcpcd needs - it should now be feature complete bar a rogue RFC or 
two.

I've been testing it against WIDE dhcp6s and sometimes dhcp6s fails to 
authenticate the message dhcpcd sends. Unsure why as dhcpcd has yet to 
fail a message dhcp6s sends. Hopefully I can test against dibbler next 
week as I think that supports this also. I've even added a HMAC-MD5 test 
suite as per RFC 2202 and dhcpcd passes with flying colours (using 
NetBSD md5 in libc and the public md5 from the web).

If you have any interest in this, NOW is the time to test it and provide 
feedback.
