DHCPv6 is implemented in dhcp6.c and dhcp6.h
However, DHCPv6 is not available in a currently supported branch of 
dhcpcd.
I hope to declare it stable and supported very soon though, hopefully 
this week.
If you look at the git trunk of the dhcpcd repo you can find it

git clone git://roy.marples.name/dhcpcd.git
