Happy New Year!

And dhcpcd-5.2.10 has been released with the following changes:
* -r, --request has been fixed
  We now request the address in the DISCOVER phase instead of a blind
  request which makes us behave better. The documentation change to
  dhcpcd(8) for this did not make the release tarball.
* Compile again on OSX
  dhcpcd doesn't work on OSX, so grateful if anyone can fix it for me
