dhcpcd-5.2.8 released

Hi List

dhcpcd-5.2.8 has been released with the following changes:
* -U, --dumplease now dumps the specified lease to stdout
* TEST mode now works correctly if request an old lease and get a NAK
* routes with the gateway = leased ip are now treated as host routes
