Well, that's clearly a configuration error as you are preferring the
mist theme (it's not the default afaik) and you no longer have it
installed. Not a dhcpcd issue.

Interesting.
That's a D-Bus issue. As we can tell from the error message, dbus isn't
really telling us anything of use.
What are the file permissions of /usr/libexec/dbus-daemon-launch-helper?
