ooh.. sorry.. my  bad i was writing the mail after handling a lot of
gentoo-specific stuff and must have thought that you were the ebuild
maintainer also... i will open a bug on the bugtracker there.

After installing libnotify manually i am able to install dhcpcd-ui, but
then i get the above error...
