Nice! I've not tried it though as I don't have any RPM enabled boxes.
As such, I won't be putting it on the dhcpcd download page as I cannot 
directly support it. However, the installation wiki page can be changed by 
yourself, I suggest you add a section about your RPM there.

When I get time to look into bug #185.
Hopefully be the end of the coming weekend if not sooner :)
