I didn't notice this as every packager I checked set PREFIX, we dhcpcd 
repects.
--bindir and --sbindir now both set SBINDIR - we don't use BINDIR

It now prints a simple message to consult the README file.
If you want it to display a GNU configure like output, then send me a 
patch :)

These are fixed in the master branch.
