No problem.

Whilst your info just proves what we already knew, I have I think fixed the 
problem in the latest git.
We now just blunder ahead if there is an error bringing up the interface as 
dhcpcd will wait for the carrier anyway.

Hopefully you can test this and get back with the results :)
