Obviously I lied!

dhcpcd-4.99.18 is now out with the following changes

* address and route addition/deletion detection fixed on Linux.
* fallback to a profile
  so you can configure a static setup if arping or dhcp fails instead of
  using zeroconf
* OS specific interface detection code changed to getifaddrs
  this means less code for me to maintain, but your libc needs to
  support it
* all DHCP messages without a ServerID are now ignored
  Some Netgear DHCP servers NAK incorrectly. Luckily they don't include
  a ServerID so we can correctly ignore them :)

This should really be the last experimental version :)
