dhcpcd-4.99.15 has been cut, with the following changes over 4.99.14
* Blacklisting now happens at the packet level
* Better support for 3rd party configured interfaces such as PPP.
  You can configure dhcpcd to INFORM the PPP destination for extra 
configuration :)
* Possible to run dhcpcd over the any interface now - you have to 
specify a client ID if dhcpcd does not recognise the hardware type though.

I plan to release one more 4.99 version with a new feature to use arping 
 profiles. This is primarily to support static wired configurations at 
different locations. This should be completed in a week or two and then 
we start rolling out RC releases. I don't anticipate many RC's - 
dhcpcd-4.99.14 is proving very reliable.
